This romantic session was highlighted by its Spanish mission backdrop paired with both antique and modern elements. The Mission San José de Tumacácori was preserved in 1828 and its old world beauty is accentuated by the lace details of this bride’s stunning wedding dress, the intricate beading of her shoes, and the simplicity of the cathedral veil. Paired with modern elements of a blush-colored rose bouquet and metal table setting details, this union of old and new created the perfect ambience for this couple.

What an amazing treat it was to photograph at such an iconic and powerful place. My two favorite loves combined- history and weddings! I hope you enjoy this Southwest wedding inspiration as much as I do!
